Can I cancel my contract at any time? How do I cancel my contract?

Canceling your contract is easy, and can be done at any time. Simply log into your account and click on the “My Account” tab. From there, go to the “My Contracts” section, and select “Cancel.” This is one way in which Repli revolutionizes the way that copiers are leased. Usually, when leasing a copier, you are locked into your contract. This makes upgrading to a more advanced copier, or leaving a contract altogether pretty much impossible. Additionally, as your company grows, your printing needs may change, and you may be stuck in a plan that no longer works for you.

How much is a print in Token currency? What if I run out of Tokens?

Each black and white copy is worth 1 token, and each colored copy is worth 10 tokens. Accidentally go over your monthly allotted tokens? No problem! Additional tokens come at an affordable price of .01/token.

Does my package include ink and toner?

Yes, ink and toner are included in your token package, and will be shipped to you free of charge.

Technicalities

When will my copier arrive?

During checkout, you will be asked to indicate a date and time for your copier to be delivered. While we pride ourselves on our punctuality, if we are delayed for any reason, we will notify you immediately. One thing that may delay your delivery is if the delivery location has special insurance requirements that were not indicated during checkout. If for any reason we are unable to deliver your copier at your chosen time, we will reach out to reschedule for a different time that is convenient.

Can you provide a Certificate of Insurance for my building?

Repli is happy to provide a Certificate of Insurance if your building requires one. After you've placed your order simply send us a template or sample and we'll fill it out accordingly.

Is there a delivery fee?

Delivery is free, just like it should be. However, if the delivery location is a building without an elevator, we charge $7 per step.

Can you remove my old copier for me while you're delivering my repli machine?

We are happy to remove and recycle an old copier at no additional cost. We can also return your old copier to your previous vendor or leasing company for a small fee. We can bring it anywhere within the Tri-State area, as long as you have your RA documents.

I’m having a problem with my copier! How long until I get serviced?

Our support team works fast, and is ready to help at any time. We can communicate on the platform of your choice, be it SMS, Messenger, WhatsApp, or even Twitter. If needed, we guarantee to have a qualified technician on site in 1-3 hours.

Do you deliver to trade shows, and other short term events?

We do not serve trade shows, and other short term projects. We will not deliver to hotels and similar type venues.

Billing

Do subscription prices include tax?

Sales tax is not included in the listed subscription prices, and is added to all plan prices and add-ons.

Where can I update my billing information?

To update your billing information, simply log into your account, and click on the “My Account” tab. Then, select “Payment Methods,” where you will have the option to enter an alternate debit or credit card. 

What forms of payment does Repli accept?

We accept credit and debit cards at this time, and will be adding ACH in the near future.

Can I get an itemized breakdown of my usage and charges?

A detailed invoice will be emailed to you at the start of each month. If you would like to access your current and previous invoices, this can be done be logging in, and going to your “My Account” tab. Once there, select “My Contracts,” and then “View Invoices.” Additionally, if you would like to view your usage update, you can do so by selecting the “Token Balance” tab in “My Account.” To help you manage your account, you can enable notifications to let you know when you’ve used a certain percentage of your Tokens.

When will my card be charged each month?

You will be charged for the first month upon checkout. Your subscription officially begins on the day that your copier arrives, after which, you will be charged monthly. This ensures that you do not pay for any days that your copier is not in your office, ready to be used!
